Caridad, Valle, February 2008.- The socialization meeting, held at the municipal offices in Caridad, marked the completion of the 62 questionnaires of baseline survey defined for the Water Harvest Project currently being financed by MCA-Honduras and implemented by CHF International

The questionnaires were distributed as follows: Langue (9), Alianza (6), Aramecina (8), Caridad (11), Goascorán (10), Nacaome (11) and San Francisco de Coray (7). The sample comprised  34% of the 180 farmers established as a goal for the project.

The information furnished by these farmers, representatives of different locations of the Valle Department, will allow to determine the impact of the Water Harvest Project, according to indicators deriving from the pre-established results.

The Methodology to apply the questionnaire was discussed and agreed beforehand with MCA-Honduras- and it was easily understood by CHF’s field personnel, who succeeded in clearly communicating the message to the future partners of the Project.  The information is to be process in the next few days.
