A Cooperation agreement has been signed to provide Legal counseling to msme participating in the added value project

 
         
   

Tegucigalpa, April 18, 2008.-  A cooperation agreement has been reached between implementers the Added Value Project and the Notary Public Ada Leticia Carias, who will be providing legal counseling to the MSME currently participating in the Added Value Project.  The objective is to have a contact specialized in legal matters assisting in those procedures required by the MSME incorporated in the project.

 

Legal Assistance Office.

 

 

 
 

Ms. Carías activities include legal counseling, and she is specialized in the constitution of companies, and in processing licenses and sanitary registries. Her offices are located at Edificio Gómez in Tegucigalpa.

Through this agreement, the MSME’s will be able to seek personalized assistance, which will be provided  in an efficient manner and according to fair legal  fees,  any time these MSME need any of the services provided by the legal office.

Once more, by assisting the MSME, the Project projects interest in supporting the country´s agro-industrial sector, not just in the technical aspects, but also legally, in order to meet one of the requirements needed in all export procedures and in the commercialization of products.
