Key Actors of the Project of Incentive for Horticulture Production Receive Assistance to Strengthen Their Technical Capacity

Through Specialized Training Sessions

The Pompilio Ortega Agricultural School (EAPO for its Spanish acronym), located in Casa Quemada, Macuelizo, Santa Bárbara, was the meeting site for the training session organized by the Honduras Brotherhood Association as the implementing agency of the Project of Incentive for Horticulture Production, funded by the Millennium Challenge Account-Honduras.

The above mentioned project promotes the technical strengthening of key actors involved in the project, and the creation of greater opportunities for the national agricultural sector. The training session was coordinated with the Rural Economic Diversification Program (USAIS-RED) in order to provide the project’s partners institutions and producers with a technological package to guide them and to help them in the selection among different agribusiness standards.
