“PROLENCA” Project participates in wine fair in intibucá

The Grand “Choros” (local mushroom) and Wine Fair was celebrated in the municipality of La Esperanza, Intibucá, in honor of the town’s production of mushrooms, as well as potato and peach wine.

Producers that are part of the “Association of Lenca Agricultural Producers of Intibucá” (ASOFAIL) participated in this important event, which promotes commerce and tourism.

Beneficiary producers of the PROLENCA Project, which is funded by the Millennium Challenge Account-Honduras, and implemented by Save the Children, sold during the Fair vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, potatoes, and high altitude fruit preserves.
