Technical Committee for MCA – Honduras trust installed
Tegucigalpa.- The “Technical Committee for Management and Supervision of the MCA Honduras Trust Fund” was appointed with the purpose of assuming the role as the Committee responsible for the strategic decision making of this Trust Fund and to watch over the compliance of the goals for which the fund was created, pursuant to Article 1056 of the Trade Code.
The Committee shall be integrated by Evelyn Bautista, Nolvia Landa, María Lidia Solano, Roberto Ruiz and Francisco Fortín, representatives of the Ministry of Finance; the Ministry of Agriculture and Cattle; the Asociación Hondureña de Instituciones Bancarias; the Red de Instituciones Micro Financieras de Honduras; and by the Federación de Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito de Honduras, respectively.

The “Committee” was appointed with the purpose of assuming the role as the Committee responsible for the strategic decision making for the administration of the Trust Fund.
The Millennium Challenge Account Trust Fund is administered by BAC – Honduras and benefits more than five thousand eight hundred farmers in the country.
