Expansion work on CA-5 Highway
Compliance with environmental measures

MCA-Honduras Environment Specialist Carmen Padilla has conducted several monitoring visits to Highway CA-5 North in order to supervise sections under construction between Tegucigalpa and the Comayagua Valley.

These visits take place in order to verify in the field that contractors are complying with environmental safety measures in the area’s forests.

Thanks to this constant oversight, contractors have so far complied with their environmental responsibilities in aspects regarding air, soil, forest, water, safety, biodiversity and hygiene.
