Amarateca - Civil Engineering students from the Central American Technological University (UNITEC) visited section I of Highway CA-5 North's stretch from Tegucigalpa-Hombre River in order to understand the scope of MCA Honduras's Transportation Project.

Various work fronts along this section were visited during the tour, and Monitoring and MCA- Honduras gave the students a presentation on the project, its scope and its challenges.

Luz Marina Fúnez, professor of Transportation Infrastructure II, thanked MCA for the collaboration provided during the students' visit to the work sites. “This tour allowed the students to learn firsthand of the challenges involved in a work of such magnitude, and this will contribute to the Nation's development”, said the professor.
